Hello.

I am question.

 LM2907 & LM2917 is Maxmum Voltage upto 28V. (data sheet )

 How many volts is the minimum voltage?

    Hello Masazumi-san,

    The minimum voltage is 6V, though the specifications are at 7.5V.

    Note that the LM2917 has an internal 7.5V Zener diode across the supply (V+  to GND), so there MUST be a series resistance on the supply line.
