INA122 Absolute operating temperature

Hello,

for an application I need to use INA122 in a oven at 85°C.

Datasheet says that the range of absolute operating temperatue is -40 to 125°C, but the same datasheet says that INA122 is specified for -40 to 85°C.

Is it possible make INA122 work at 85°C? (It doesn't matter the derating of some parameters)

Hello Francesco,

I understand your question. While I look into the answer for INA122, have you considered the INA126? Similar device with operation temperature range from -55C to 125C listed in both Absolute Maximum and Electrical Characteristics tables.

Thanks for your answer,
but It's not possible for me use INA126 becouse I have just one power supply.

Hello Francesco,
The INA126 can operate on a single supply from 2.7V to 36V.
