Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIPD135

Hi Team,

Customer would like to ask for TIPD135 .BRD file for fast layout change to meet a tight schedule project, we only put gerber file in the public download folder, do we provide this service?

Thanks.

Regards,

Andrew

  • Andrew,
I'll check into this. Just for clarification, which PCB-CAD program uses the .BRD extension? We may not have it if we used a different program.
  • Hello Andrew,

We do actually include the entire Altium schematic and layout project in the design file. However, that's not much use to the customer if they don't have an Altium license.

From the information I found online here, it looks like .BRD is a type of SDRC-IDF PCB file. I've exported my Altium PCB file as a .BRD and you can download it below.

    TIPD135_BRD.zip

Please let me know if this does not work, as I used default settings and can possibly tweak them to meet the customer's needs.
