ALM2402 Thermal Pad Dimensions

Hello to all. Looking for the dimensions of the thermal pad for part number ALM2402QPWPRQ1 (14 pin). Datasheet only specifies the dimensions for ALM2402QDRRRQ1 (12 pin). Could not find the answer on E2E support community nor on literanture SLMA002. Really appreciate any help.

It sure doesn't mention that. It's not just a ALM2402 issue. I believe it affect all devices in PWP package.
I'll find out who can fix that.

Hello Ron. Hope all is well.

Has there been any update on this? We can do with the actual dimensions and location of the pad vs. waiting for the official release of the datasheet.

• X (min) – 2.02 mm

• X (max) – 2.82 mm

• Y (min) – 0.98 mm

• Y (max) – 1.82 mm
