Access Denied to TI Precision Labs' videos

Hi,

I am having touble accessing the TI Precision Labs' videos - basically I get an "Access Denied" error every time I click on a link to a module.

I searched around and found this forum thread that mentions the issue was solved back in July. I think it is back.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    I clicked on all the video links and was unable to get an "Access Denied" error. Its possible an update was occuring while you were trying to access the videos. Please try watching the videos again. If you get the access denied error again, please share which video the error occurs with and we will try to help you the best we can.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately I am still getting the issue.

    This message only happens on the modules, not on the intro videos.

    I tried on both Firefox 40.0.2 (32-bit) and Google Chrome 44.0.2403.157 (64-bit) in two PCs (one running Windows 10, another Windows 7, both 64-bit) - thus ruling out any problems with corrupt cookies or cached data.

    Perhaps I need to register somewhere to have permission?

    As long as you have a ti.com account you should be able to watch the TI Precision Lab Videos. If you are not logged into your account you will only be able to watch the intro videos, not the module videos. Please make sure you are logged into your account.

    Tim,

    I apologize, my last sentence may have thrown you off. However, yesterday I was logged into my.ti.com account when the issue was happening (check the "Log out" item on the top of my screen captures, which does not show if you are not logged in).

    In any case, this was probably a glitch on the TI site as today I am able to access the videos.
