OPA2541SM Topside marking format

The topside marking format for OPA2541SM is not available at this moment. The SM would mean Surface mount if that's what you are looking for.

I am looking for the description of the details printed on IC. I have seen ICs marked with 32 S1 PV8, 33 S2 CQ8, 48 S5 LT8, 48 S5 LV8 etc.

I am looking for the description of these markings.

Hi Aji,

All indicators are the OPA2541SM is only available in the 8-pin TO-3 package. I have never seen it offered in any other package.

Hi Aji,

I found the OPA2541SM marking format in its product assembly documentation. The diagram shown below provides everything you might want to know in terms of the product's marking convention. The "0" symbols on the diagram represent the perimeter of the top of the TO-3 package. BeO indicates the product contains Beryllium Oxide.
