i am using a voltage divider circuit whose output is given to an differential amplifier. The out put of the amplifier is eventually given to an ADC.

i need some suggestion for suitable TI part for the differential amplifier that can be used. i need low cost parts.

The input voltage varies from 42V to 60V, the input to the ADC cannot be more than 3V. Hence i am using a voltage divider ckt to bring the voltage within the range, the amplifier i am using is for impedance matching, if u have any better way for this voltage sense circuit u can suggest me that .

Nikhil,

I would suggest a simple voltage divider to a unity gain rail to rail op amp powered by 3V.

Add a diode from op amp input to 3V rail for over voltage protection.

Lowest cost 1ku price goes to LMV611 family
