hi

I'm doing an optical receiver project. and I received the signal ad RF, but I need to design an amplifier to amplify the signal.

What kind of op-amp should I use?

Is there some amplifier circuit?

    If this is for a transimpedance amplifier (converting current to voltage) then depending on how much gain and closed loop bandwidth is needed, the OPA656, 657, 846, 843 and LMH6629 are all potential choices. More information is needed in order to provide further assistance:
    1. Power Supplies available?
    2. Is this a transimpedance amplifier or do you have a voltage input that you need to further amplify?
    3. How much gain is needed.
    4. What kind of load are you driving?
