I am seeking an amplifier capable of providing a 12V peak-to-peak output swing to a 50 ohm load at frequencies as high as 300MHz. Is this at all possible and if not is there a recommended external boost circuit that can operate at that speed?

Hello Arthur,
The THS3091 is slightly lower in bandwidth but otherwise is pretty close to meeting your needs. If you are flexible to use a load sharing option then this may open up a few more products. Please see this reference design to see what I mean by "load sharing"
