Op-Amp Output Current (max) for a given load and power supply

Datasheet figures typically show a minimum, typical, and maximum output current, for a given power supply voltage/temperature.

In normal operation, what limits the maximum output current capability - is it a thermal/dissipation limit only ?

i.e. circuit 1 is required to operate between 0 and 50C, IC is specified to 85C, so what is the maximum output current available in these conditions ?

Imin (datasheet), Itypical, Imax ?

When is Imin not Imin, and Imax really Itypical ?
