Signal distortion with THS3061 & THS3091

Hello;

I'm using THS3061 as preAMP with x4.5 GAIN and THS3061 with x5 GAIN and I see signal distortion at frequencies above 13MHz.

I attached the schematic & the waveform.

    Hello Karo,
    Can you please probe the intermediate nodes to see if this is an issue at the 3061 output or the 3091 output? Also, can you please confirm if the power-pad has been connected to GND.
    Is the scope probe in 50Ohm mode or high impedance mode in this test? Please try both ways to see if this is a loading effect or something else
