OPA2344PA Input Limits in Application

I recently have been working on a differential amplifier circuit which takes the inputs from two Transimpedance Amplifiers A and B with outputs 0 to +750mV, and outputs the difference, A-B (unity gain). Both inputs are positive.

I would like to use the OPA2344PA to handle the differential. This should be within the 5.5V range of the OPA2344PA. 

Thus, I would need +/- 2.5V on V+ and V- respectively, correct?

What product can you suggest to get a split rail +/-2.5V  power supply from a +5V supply to drive this Op-Amp?

In the next part of the circuit, a SECOND OPA2344PA is driven from a +5V Power supply on V+ and its V- is Grounded. We intend to use this to offset the output of the first OPA2344PA by 2.5V, using the +2.5V supply rail and add some gain factor, K to achieve a 0 to +5V output .

Will the second OPA2344PA will accept a negative input from the first OPA2344PA, and correctly give a positive output?

If not, what other product can I use to obtain the desired output?
