minimum differential input voltage INA333

Hi,

I am going to use an INA333 to measure voltages in micro Volts range. The INA333 spec. document only provides information regarding common mode ranges, not differential mode.

I am looking for the absolute minimum differential voltage (between Vin+ and Vin-) for the INA333 to still be able to produce a good enough output.

Any one?

Vcc=2.54V single ended

Vref= 1,27V

Voffset on Vin+: 1,27V

Voffset on Vin-: 1,27V

Input frequency: 50 Hz

Gain: 1000

Sorry for the delay.

The minimum differential voltage is really determined by your offset error specification with respect to the device's input offset voltage (Vos). For the INA333, Vos(max)=+/-100uV (assuming G=1V/V). You can now calculate the offset error given your minimum input signal. For example, if your minimum input signal is 1mV, the offset error is +/-10%.
