which is the constructive technology (CMOS/BicMOS.....) of INA196AI IC?

I need it for MTBF calculation and information it isn't declared in the datasheet.

Hi Andrea,

INA196 tecnology is LBC-SOI (Linear BiCMOS with Silicon over Insulator). We also call it Analog CMOS process.
