LM6171 in line input/feedback circuit

I am using the LM6171 in a lateral mosfet monoblock audio amp. it will be used on the line in - how do I bias this IC A? is it a 47k resistor over the in and out?

I cant cut and past it - I guess it is too large. How do I upload it? this documentation is a little dated and the new MOSFETS are a little more powerful. I have the single dye 125watt p and n channels. so the values of caps and other items would change I am sure.
