INA193A-Q1: the temperature characteristic of input bias current

Dear all,

Could you teach me the temperature characteristic of input bias current?

For example, do you have the data at -40C and 125C degree like Figure 9 or 10 at data sheet?

We would like to know how value the input current will change over full range temperature.

And we would like to know the inclination to change.

Best regards,

  • Hi Takao,
We do not have any data for bias current vs temperature. But let me find out if we have any other information regarding bias current vs temp.
  • Dear Rabab,

Thank you for your reply and finding out.
I am looking forward hearing from you.

It is OK that the information is...
・Inclination...ex) the hotter ambient temperature is, the larger or not bias current will be. the cooler ambient temp is ...
    ・the data at -40, 25, 125

**I would like to get your information in a few days.

    Best regards,
  • Hi Takao,
I couldn't find any over temperature information for this device. But like you noted, the bias currents may increase with temperature but since we don't have any data I will not be able to confirm any numbers.
