I have implemented the circuit given in ASLK pro for sensor detection .But i m not able to get the output .

Hello Manjit,
Try placing a connection to ground for V1.

On a sidenote, you may want to consider using an integrated instrumentation amplifier. Some examples include the INA188 and INA826.
