SPICE

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6611

I'm trying to get a SPICE model for LMH6611,  I can download a .zip file with .txt and .mod, I can't open the .mod file. Windows thinks it's a video file and, strangely, won't let me rename it as a .txt file.  My BeigeBag SPICE software needs a .txt suffix.

Any clues?

  • Hi Larry,

Within the zip file you got, the Pspice model is the one with *.mod extension. All you have to do is  to save that file as *.txt.

The *.txt file within the zip file shows the performance of the model against the datasheet and its informational only.

I've attached the Pspice file here.

  • Thanks, Hooman. For some reason, I can right-click any other file and rename it, but the .mod extension does not permit that.
