How to create a triangle wave 300kHz using OP Amp for my Class D audio amplifier?

Hi guys! I'm trying to build a class audio amplifier at school for my last exam so I want to use discrete components as I can: control circuit for PWM with OP Amp, driver for FET and FET at the end of the amplifier.

I'm trying the configuration with op amp using che schmitt trigger and the comparator to generate a triangle wave at 300kHz but it work very bad! It's not linear as I want and it have some overshoot where it change the slope. I tried to change the capacitor but it doesn't work as I want. Now I'm working with breadboard and it's not so good but I don't that's the problem.

Maybe I need particolar Op amp? I'm using CLC4007 that has 200V/us and I think it's correct but I'm not sure.

How can I generate a good triangle wave using Op Amp or other discrete components? Please Help me
