I've found the scale on figure 19 of the OPA192 datasheet to be a bit too large to see IB values around 20C

Do we have data for input bias current at 23C typical?

    I would take a look at the electrical characteristics in section 6.7. Under "input bias current" is shows max is +-20pA (+-5nA across all temperature ranges), which is what that graph is showing.

  • I was looking for a more specific value at 23C, but if that's the data we have then that will be acceptable

    It isn't so much a matter of data as it is process variation and margin. It's possible to get an OPA192 and test the bias current at 23C, but if you test another one it would be different. If you looked at several of those amps then the range would be +-20pA at 25C. At 23C it would be the same. This 20pA also includes margin to account for drift over time, aging, etc.

    I'm curious what the need for such a specific measurement is. Typically when designing a system you need to account for worst case over your systems operating temperature range.
