Help identify this TI Op Amp

Greetings, I am trying to locate a datasheet for this TI amplifier shown in the attached image. I have not been able to identify this part based on the markings on the top of the component.

8 pin part:

First Line: 30021

second Line: TI logo followed by 3VT

Third Line: VPM3

Hi Michael,

We cannot find any record of that marking and package combination. Why do you need to identify this amplifier? Do you have any details, like bandwidth, supply current etc?

Do you know the source of this part - distributor etc?
