Since op amps are almost always applied in closed-loop feedback configurations they aren't specified in terms of input-to-output delays, but instead in terms of small-signal transient response and large-signal slewing response. TLV274 datasheet Figures 20 and 23 provide graphs of the small signal responses, and Figures 19, 21 and 22 are graphs of the large signal responses. If you hit the op amp input with a small-signal transient the output immediately begins to move and then there is a transient response as the maximum output level associated with that input occurs. That eventually settles out after an amount of time.
The TLV274 datasheet Electrical Characteristics table lists the settling time ts for a 1 V step. This is actually a large signal level and the slewing rate of the operational amplifier will be included in the edge rise and fall.
