OPA140AIDBV Curves

Dear team,

My customer would like to have the folllwing curves on the OPA140AIDBV ,

Can you please give me the curve “Large Signal Voltage Gain vs. Load resistance (Ω)” of the OPA140AIDBV ?

And also the curve “output voltage swing vs. load resistance” ?

Thanks in advance for your feedback,

Maxime

  • Maxime,
In the first question, I believe you refer to a variation in open- loop gain, AOL, with output resistance-we don't have a graph to share with you but you may see it in the datasheet table on page 7 for 2k and 10k loads - min AOL of 114dB and 120dB, respectively.
The output voltage swing to the rail is a function of the output current (not resistance) and it is shown in graph 6 of the datasheet on page 9.
  • Hello,

    Thanks for your quick feedback,

Please find below the clarification from the customer.

For the first question: the nominal load is 1kohm.

For the second question: the curves are for the max. supply (±18V ?) are the currents higher for min. supply ?

    Thanks for your help,

    Maxime
