Hi,

I am using LMP2021MFX/NOPB in our design. I am looking for following parameters

1. Junction to case thermal resistance

2. Operating temp range

Looking for early reply.

Hello Ummaiah,

I have put in the request for the thermal numbers. They spec 2 weeks time, but usually it is a day or two.

The operating temp range is in the Recommended Operating Conditions table, page 4: -40 to 125C
