PIND TEST conditions for LM108 FP10 (QMLV screening)

Dear friends,

I'm trying to find which were the PIND test conditions applied during QMLV screening of LM108 Op. Amp. In accordance with the detail specification, applicable method is Method 2020 of MIL-STD-883, Test Condition A.

For  the test condition A, the test frequency depends on the cavity height.

As in the case of LM108, we are refering to the FP10 package, could you please let me know which is the test frequency applicable?
