To whom it may be concern

Our customer considering to use LMH6644.

One concern is the spec of Vos(max) and TC_Vos within -5 to 55 deg temp range.

Could you provide the value or how to calculate(or assume) ?

What do you want to calculate?

The Vos is guaranteed at room temperature, but the TC_Vos is a typical number.

Here is some offset voltage (Vos) data for the LMH6643 (equivalent to the LMH6644) for 82 units (from 5 runs) on the x-axis, at three different temperatures (-40C, 25C, and 85C, color legend shows on the y-axis left hand side) showing the change in Vos over temperature:

The y-axis is offset voltage Vos in mV, and the x-axis corresponds to units 1 through 82.

Hopefully this is the kind of information you are looking for.
