We are afraid of possibility of electromigration for VBUS because VBUS can accept 36V, additionally, IC is very small.

Are there possiblity of electromigration for INA226Q1?
Or can we say that INA226Q1 is rubust for electromigration?

Can you offer something like design criterions if you have?
(For example IEC 60664-1 and so on)
