Takishin-san,

There was no model in the system, so I requested a new model. It could take up to two weeks, but results a are usually available much sooner.

Theta JC, top : 46.6 C/W
Theta JB : 43.6 C/W
Psi JT : 7.4 C/W
Psi JB : 43.0 C/W

You asked for Theta JC, but I expect PSI JT is what you needed.
TJ = TC + PSI[JT] * PD
Junction temperature is top of case temperature plus PSI[JT] multiplied by power dissipated.
