I have downloaded THS4130 spice simulation model. I would like to know if the spice model simulates noise behavior over temperature

    Hi Dino,

    I will look into this and get back to you. Have you done the temperature stepping mode? Did the results look reasonable?

    The first time you run the noise analysis use the "Output Noise" option. That will give the spot noise. If you look at "Total Noise" it will integrate the cumulative noise over the previous bandwidth and it is hard to interpret. If you have a filter it's OK to use total noise, but otherwise I find it misleading.
