hi,

i have one PGA309 EVM kit,but i can not start the software about PGA309 EVM, when i  start software one mistake come, that is "Check you hardware connect and re-boot the software",who konw how to solve it？ thank you

    Hello Tim,

    The EVM hardware must be connected to your computer with a USB cable and powered on when you start the software. If not, then you will get the hardware connection error.
