pls check my triangular-wave generator designed by guide of TI'S DOC, the jitter of output wave is large,how to deal with it

my design follow the guidance of TI'S DOC:ZHCU066-June 2013 by John Caldwell,using TI 's comps OPA2365 and tlv3502;

on my board, the jitter of tri-wave is so bad ,as a result,the backward PWM wave is not qualified.

any guys here pls give me some advise,many tks.

Verify that the reference voltage for the comparator is stable and has low noise. Any noise on this reference voltage will become jitter in the triangle wave.

Thank for your prompt reply.
now the state is that when I break the output of pwm wave to backward circuit,then the output of tri-wave is good enough.
behind the output of pwm wave is device of nand gate(74VCX00).
would you pls give more advise ?

I'm not sure I understand how you've modified your circuit. Would you please attach a diagram of your circuit to help me give recommendations?
