   We are using LM331 V2F ,but we required LM331 equivalent smd part or any alternative part in smd package.

 please provide the availability of item.

    I've moved this post to the Precision Amplifiers Forum where the LM331 is supported.

    I'll let the engineers on this forum confirm this, but I don't believe this device is available in any package other than the PDIP package listed in the datasheet.

    There are currently no SMD versions of the LM331, and none are planned. I am not aware of any second-sources in SMD, either.

    While it seems simple to put the die in a different package - there are qualifications and reliability tests that must be performed on a new device, and there is an associated cost. This is a low volume, older device and we currently cannot justify the expense at the current volumes.

    What are the expected volumes?
