Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMP91000
Hello,
I am looking to do temperature correction for the lmp91000 for a gas sensing application - with an external voltage reference. Is there a standard way to do this in code?
In the data sheet i have found the equation PDMAX = (TJ(MAX) - TA)/ θJA but this looks to be an estimate of the power dissipation changes and not useful for signal correction.
More likely to be useful is the below description of offset voltage drift based on temperature. How would I use this to properly correct for a received amplifier value?
"Offset voltage temperature drift is determined by dividing the change in VOS at the temperature extremes by the total temperature change. Starting from the measured voltage offset at temperature T1 (VOS_RW(T1)), the voltage offset at temperature T2 (VOS_RW(T2)) is calculated according the following formula: VOS_RW(T2)=VOS_RW(T1)+ABS(T2–T1)* TcVOS_RW"
Thanks for the help in advance! This is my first post so if I have mis-classified anything or omitted key information, please let me know.
