    Hi Naveen,

    Are you trying to measure the 1 mV signal directly with the ADC input, or do you plan to signal condition such as amplify/ and filter it before the ADC? What are the characteristics of the signal; frequency, waveform, etc. and what is its source? What are the characteristics of the converter? What power supply levels are available in the circuit?

    If your questions are purely in regards to SAR, or delta-sigma converters, then your inquiry may be best handled on one of those TI E2E forums.
