lmp91000 CO gas sensor Calibration

Hi

In one of my project we are using LMP91000 IC for CO gas sensor detection.

We have application written to get count of CO sensors in ppm and I am trying to calibrate the sensor reading.

Now in order to do proper calibration I need reference out ( in ppm reading ) for different CO sensor level to decide proper calibration count for linear calibration.

Please if you can provide reference reading in ppm for different CO sensors count.

Note : 

1)  Vref volatage = 2.5v

2) Vref_div = 20% Vref

3) 16 bit ADC resolution with 2.5v precision we are using

4) Sensitivity is set 40na/ppm 

5) We are calculating CO sensor value base on description given in link (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snoa922/snoa922.pdf)

Vref Volate is i.e. Vref : 2.5V
