Good morning,

I use XTR115 for years without problems, in a new application I need the maximum out of scale current limit to approximately 25mA.

Does anyone know how to make it so simple ?

Hi David,

The typical over-scale current for the XTR11x family is 32mA. You're going to need to implement an external current limit circuit in series with the transmitter to keep the total current <25mA. An example current limiting circuit is shown in the following reference design:
