Single supply for OPA549

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA549
Good evening gentlemen,
I bought an operational amplifier OPA549 and I would like to ask you a few things:
1.- Can I connect its pins 5 and 7 ( -V) directly to ground? because I will use it in single supply (+V=24 V and -V=ground) or Do I need to connect these pins to a minimum value?

2. What is the minimun voltage in single supply? because of according datasheet is +8V however I was simulating my circuit using TINA but my circuit started to work with a minimum voltage of 30 V in single supply, and I don't understand why that happens.

Please, could you help anyone?

I need your help so I can keep working on my PCB.

Greetings
