PGA309 Individual serial number address location in EEPROM

At what EEPROM address would I find the unique serial number assigned to each unit as programmed into each unit by the Multical software? Seems I cant find that in the documentation.  I am using a 16K EEPROM the same as being used in the round PGA309 PCBA reference design board.
