Durability of OP Amp OPA2336 at high temps (above 130C)?

We have a circuit board that is being prepared as a dual use "Burn In" board and test board.

For testing we want to use opa2336, however the range specified in the datasheet only goes up to 85C.  This is fine for our purposes since we will be only "using" the op amp at room temperatures, BUT, want to get input and verification that the opamp won't be harmed by being power while at 130C.

Question:  Will powering opa2336 while at 130C damage the chip or prevent it from functioning normally when it returns to 25C?

    Joshua,

    The short answer is OPA2336 will NOT get damaged by being exposed to 130C.  Actually, the Absolute Maximum Temperature Rating for this part is shown in the table below to be 150C.  However, the specs are only specified to meet datasheet limits between -40C and 85C and assure proper operation (without necesserly meeting the max/min limits) from -55C to 125C.
