SPIO-4 LED Lights Not Lighting Up when Plugged in via USB to PC

Hello,

I would like to know what issues could be causing this SPIO-4's D5 and D10 LED lights to light up, while the rest stay off. Is it a processor error? I am running Windows 10 for this setup, but I have plugged it into a Windows 7 computer to test, with the same result.

Please, could anyone provide an explanation as to how this problem could be fixed? I've waited as patiently as I could for an answer on the forums, as well as attempted calls to TI about this SPIO-4 board. At this rate, would returning this device be the last option I have to fix this? I apologize for bumping this question up again, but I'm seriously at a loss.

Hi Bevan,

If there is no DUT board plugged into connector J6 when the USB cable is plugged in D5, D10, D6 and D11 should turn on. If a DUT board is plugged into J6, then D7 and D8 should also turn on. It would appear that something is wrong with your board. Please contact your distributor and arrange an exchange. We are sorry for the trouble.
