Jim,

After reviewing the schematic and comparing it to typical application circuits found in the datasheet, I don’t see anything wrong with the design. Is there any specific concern you have that we can look into? Everything looks good including the component values.

Frequency range is 20-1KHz,Vcc is 12V.
So, Fin(1000Hz)*12*100K*0.01uF=12V
Am I right?
