LMP2012 Schematic Diagram

We cannot release actual schematic diagrams. The diagrams you see are a "simplified" diagram to give a basic idea of circuit operation.

The LMP2012 has multiple capacitors, since it contains band-pass filters and storage capacitors to provide the zero drift function.

There is a space grade qualified version of the LMP2012:

We are looking at the LMP2012QML-SP. Is there any Single Event Dielectric Rupture test data on it? I have seen the SEE Test Report for the RM2012 (File: snaa193.pdf) but it does not include SEDR testing.

Heavy ion testing was performed on the part to an LET of 77 MeV-cm^2/mg with no reports of damage.

Sorry, I answered that one a little too quickly. Since this is a relatively low voltage, low power product, SEDR would be unexpected and was not specifically tested. The only heavy ion testing we have is what is shown in the report, with an LET 0f 77 MeV-cm^2/mg but with a low fluence.
