There are currently no SPICE models for this part. In order to fill out a modeling request I need some details. Can you list the primary specifications you want the model to capture? Can you give the approximate production volume of your product?

so far I've been designing TIAs based mostly on the OPA847 from TI, because of the good combination between speed and low noise.
Now I am aiming to higher bandwidths. I understand that the signal to noise ratio would be worse using the gbps range TIAs.
My main issue is to have a decent understanding of the signal to noise ratio between the voltage given by the photo-current and the electronic noise. For this I would need to have a good electronic noise model, given that in my application I expect to have low photo-currents, on the order of ~ 0.1 - 1 uA, and as a consequence the noise can have a big contribution in the output signal.

I need this for academic research, so the production volume would be lower than 10 units.
