Hi, Team!

When I change the reference voltage to ground in the unipolar input differential voltage application (10K Ohm load resistor connected to ground also) , will the output be set as ground, or clamp in certain voltage above the ground?

Hi Yan,

The output should be very close to GND. You will have the swing to GND offset specified on the datasheet.

Thank you! Is it because the INA199 has internal "regulated circuit" make it stay at that specified value? So I don't need any extra clamping.

Hi Yan son,

The voltage connected to REF is the voltage you should see in the output + Swing to GND value and any value in the input * GAIN. No extra clamping needed.
