Current sensing amplifier suggestions

Hi

Following are the requirements from our customer for current sensing application. Request you to suggest an appropriate high side current sense amplifier for this application:

1. 24V supply rail, load current may measure up to 2A max.

2. 15V supply rail, load current may measure up to 2A max.

3. 5V supply rail, load current may measure up to 6A max.

The output of the current sense amplifier will be interfaced to XADC block of Xilinx Zync SoC.

The analog inputs of the ADC use a differential sampling scheme. It can be used in unipolar or bipolar configuration.

When unipolar operation is enabled, the differential analog inputs (VP and VN) have an input range of 0V to 1.0V. In this mode, the voltage on VP (measured with respect to VN) must always be positive.VN is typically connected to a local ground or common mode signal. The common mode signal on VN can vary from 0V to +0.5V.

The bipolar input mode can accommodate inputs signals driven from a true differential source. The maximum differential input (VP – VN) is ±0.5V. Common mode voltage must lie in the range 0.25V to 0.75V.

Please suggest an ideal device for my application.

Thanks and Regards

Sushruta
