Hello All,

Here are the replacements I recommend. You should consult the datasheets in every case just to make sure:

1. OPA354 (single), OPA357 (single with disable), OPA2354 (dual).

2. LMH6702, LMH6703, OPA695, THS3201.

3. LMP8672, OPA1602, MC33078.

4. LMH6715, OPA2695 (dual), LMH6733 (triple), LMH6722 (quad).
