INA219EVM: INA219 EVM Not Functional

Hi Sirs,

We found the INA219 EVM is not functional since the 9V AC adapter was removed from the box (application note released on 5/18/2016). With application note's suggested jump configuration as it shown on the picture below.

Same jumper setting as the application note, 9V power supply externally. However, the Vdut LED and INA219 EVM's Power indicators are dark, I2C pull up voltages and Vs power supply are near 0V.  





We got error mesaage from the GUI:



Would you pls advise if there is something missing with this configutation?

    Hi Wayne,

    I experience the same error with a INA219EVM board that I ordered last week. After debugging we found out the USB DIG Platform was the problem. Do you have an additional USB DIG platform that you could borrow from another EVM and test again?

    If not, please email me your contact info/address so I can send you a functional USB DIG platform.
