Hi Team,
The customer is using PGA308 for his design. He writes a PC software to configure the registers. And he uses his board.
When the customer writes the configuration data into the registers of PGA308, the PC software shows “all registers has been filled”, that is there is not any register
to be written. But in fact, the configuration data are not written into the registers of PGA308. Then the customer reads the OTP register. He found only BankSel3 is b7ff, BankSel1, BankSel2 and BankSel4 are ffff. Please see the attachment.
Q1: If the customer uses his board, can the PGA308EVM Software be used to configure the registers on his board? If the PGA308EVM Software can be used
to configure the registers on his board, I will suggest the customer uses he PGA308EVM Software to configure the registers.
Q2: Do you know what the reasons are for the customer's issue? How to solve the customer's issue?
