LM124: Technical Query Regarding LM124D

Part Number: LM124

Dear Team,
I am planning to use LM124D in my design. As per features at the first page of datasheet it supports "Dual Supplies: ±1.5 V to ±16 V". But in "Pin Functions" section pin no 11 is mentioned as GND only. Please confirm that whether "LM124D" will operate in dual supply & pin no 11 can be connected to -15V supply?
