IC to help measure a pulse width and its current value ?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA219, CC1310

Hello,

I have a challenge to build a little module (arduino mega or another MCU) to measure the output port of an industrial machine that sends a pulse that can reach 12V and feel mA.

But also, in order to do some calculation and calibration, I need to know the pulse current and width (miliseconds) of each pulse.

Could someone suggest me an unit that would help me with that.  I have some INA219 here but I'm not sure if would be possible to use it for this.

thanks a lot for any tip.
